Joseph H. Mitchiner, Esq.
As a bonus, Joe has been licensed and engaged in the private practice of law in North Carolina since 1977, with extensive experience in real estate, construction law and civil litigation matters.
In addition to State courts, Joe is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court and various other federal courts, including the U.S. Tax Court.
Above all, Joe has been blessed with a long marriage and two children, who have further blessed him with three grandchildren.
Law Practice History:
Private practice since 1977 with years of concentration in estate and income taxes, Wills, probate administration, real estate matters, construction law and civil litigation. Practice now limited exclusively to Wills, Trusts and Estate Planning, including related aspects of taxation, business organization and asset protection.
